Icy Blond Conditioner

Thanks to the smoothening formula, you'll get to rock silky blonde hair that'll have the Malfoys adopting you as one of their own. Use in place of your regular conditioner once or twice a week, until the desired colour has been achieved. Apply the product to damp hair, post-shampooing. Start with a coin-sized amount for short or fine hair, adding more for longer or thicker hair. Slather the formula onto your lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave in for up to 5 minutes, then rinse.
