So the top layer is exfoliated and the scars are lightened at the same time. For first use, press the cap until the canister is engaged to release vitamin C. Unscrew and check whether all the vitamin C powder has been released. Attach the dropper, and shake for 10 minutes. Apply on dry skin. Begin with 1-2 uses per week, then increase to alternate days if tolerated. Avoid combining with other actives and always use sunscreen during the day.
