PHA Toner
If your skin appears to be wearing a winter coat of dullness, allow this toner to slowly chip away at the dead skin cells hanging on the surface. While exfoliation takes place, an unexpected addition of niacinamide and glycerin kicks up hydration. This ensures the newly exfoliated cells stay plump and juicy. Soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently swipe across the face and neck. Use SPF 30+ in the daytime while using this product. Do not use other exfoliants, vitamin C, or retinol in the same routine.
