For days when you don't want a full-blown, lid-spanning smokey eye, but rather a subtle, slightly smoked-out liner, this brush is perfect. It buffs out liner and eye shadow on the top or bottom lash lines with precision, eliminating any dragging or pressure from your end. Blend and smudge eyeliner or apply shadow close to the upper and lower lash lines. Can also be used to highlight the inner corner of the eyes.
