This toner is more like a liquid serum in a bottle. It has hyaluronic acid to add moisture back into the skin straight after cleansing, as well as cica to keep your barrier in check. Doesn't hurt that its really lightweight, taking the form of a soft wet layer of moisture over your skin. Apply the toner on damp skin after cleansing your skin and gently pat in for better absorption. If you have extra dry areas, layer a few more times. Follow up with a serum and moisturizer. Safe to be layered with all other actives in your routine.
