Rice Water Bright Light Cleansing Oil

A K-beauty fan favorite, this cleansing oil melts away your entire day while keeping moisture levels in place. It leaves your skin perfectly oil-balanced and not stripped unless, of course, you use a very stripping cleanser after this. Over time, it also works on your dullness using rice extracts. Pump a little bit onto your palms and massage onto dry skin for a minute or two. Rinse with water. Follow with a water-based cleanser.
