Cream Eyeliner

You’ll gel a little too well with this little pot of intense pigment, all credited to its clingy gel consistency. They call it a cream because it goes on velvety smooth, but don’t mistake it for anything slippery cuz once it dries down it won't move till you make it. It’s easy to guide it into hard-to-reach places or paint on cat-eye wings without skips. Dip an angled flat eyeliner brush into the pot, wipe off the excess, and draw on a sharp, dramatic wing.
