The Midas touch, but make it UV. A drop of this magical liquid turns your basic shades into UV-lit, sparkly looks. Even when used alone, it adds prismatic radiance to your eyes - best to be flaunted at the next disco night you attend. Before each use, massage the tube and shake well. On a mixing palette, mix a small touch of UV boost with your eye colors. Make sure to mix with pigments instead of layering on top to avoid moving your makeup. Or apply UV boost by itself to have an invisible look in the daylight and a surprising glowing look under blacklight. For best coverage, apply under black UV light.
