Shake the bottle & hold it upside down. Press down on the applicator and dispense the appropriate amount of product. One handful is sufficient for one arm, while a golfball-sized amount of product is sufficient for the face. Rub it between your hands & apply it all over your face & body - don't forget your ears & lips! Reapply every 4-6 hours. Double cleanse to remove.
