Brighten-I Eye Cream

Not many eye creams tackle fine lines and dark circles at the same time but The Inkey List has wrapped it up in one neat little tube. The formula is complex - 1 patent and 2 blends (Brightenyl, Grant-XT & Mica Mineral blend). Apparently, when you mix this all up - and sprinkle in whatever magic The Inkey List adds - you get an eye cream that creates dramatic, noticeable changes. Gently squeeze the tube and massage the under-eye area using the applicator. You can also pop it in the refrigerator for a while to get the metal tip cold enough to de-puff eye bags. Also works great as an illuminating under-eye primer before concealer or for no make-up days.
