This hot red glides on like a dream, leaves an intense matte finish that won’t smear or smudge, and comes off just as easily. Add a few drops of water to activate the formula. Use a damp, flat-angled brush to mix the product until you achieve a melted ice cream-like consistency. Draw on a simple wing, dot little circles under your eyes, or build multiple layers for a look with depth—you're the only one who can set the limit on these things. Don't forget to let the product air dry completely before storing it away!
