Halo Cream Cheek + Lip Tint

This creamy multitasking tint is primer infused and gives a soft matte look. It's sheer but very buildable. The packaging is 10/10 for reapplying colour directly on the lips! Start with a small amount on cheeks and lips, and build it up to the desired pigment.
