Then grab a section of hair, and start winding it around the roller from the bottom, moving upwards. Make sure the roller is rolled to the root of the hair and secured, if needed, with a clip. Leave the roller in for any amount of time between 15 minutes to an hour - this will depend on how tight you want your curl to set. Unravel for bouncy curls.
